About The Position

Audi Palo Alto is seeking a Finance Manager with F&I, desk management, or finance experience at a franchised dealership. The ideal candidate understands deal structure, product penetration, lender relationships, and compliance. This role involves presenting and selling finance, lease, and protection products using a consistent, compliant menu process, structuring deals accurately and efficiently, and building productive lender relationships. The position requires ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements and partnering with sales management for clean deal packages and fast funding. The goal is to deliver a finance office experience that closes the guest's purchase with transparency and professionalism. The role also involves maintaining accurate deal documentation and DMS records, and staying current on Audi Financial Services programs and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required. Experienced desk managers or sales managers with strong deal structure and finance product knowledge will be considered
• Luxury or Audi brand F&I experience a meaningful advantage -- familiarity with Audi Financial Services programs, luxury lease structures, and the expectations of a Silicon Valley buyer profile accelerates effectiveness from day one
• Consistent menu compliance and strong product penetration track record -- VSC, GAP, and protection product performance that reflects a disciplined, guest-first approach
• Working knowledge of Audi Financial Services -- rate subvention programs, lease structures, AFS tier criteria, and how to position financing options for high-net-worth buyers with complex financial profiles
• Deep knowledge of dealership compliance requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and California-specific documentation standards
• Composed, credible communicator -- Palo Alto Audi buyers are analytically sharp and they notice when a finance presentation is rehearsed rather than substantive
• Prior DMS experience preferred -- familiarity with platforms such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products using a consistent, compliant menu process -- every deal, every time, regardless of the buyer's profile or how much they already know going in
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- working with lenders to maximize approval rates and present financing options that genuinely serve each buyer's situation, including the complex financial profiles common in Silicon Valley's high-net-worth market
• Build and maintain productive lender relationships -- including Audi Financial Services programs, rate subvention structures, lease pull-ahead offers, and supplemental luxury lenders
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and all applicable documentation and disclosure standards on every deal
• Partner with sales management to ensure clean, complete deal packages and fast funding timelines
• Deliver a finance office experience that closes the guest's purchase at the same standard the sales floor opened it -- transparent, professional, and worth coming back for
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records throughout every transaction
• Stay current on Audi Financial Services incentive programs, luxury lender offerings, product updates, and compliance requirements
