About The Position

As the Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the vehicle sales process by helping customers secure financing while offering protection products that enhance their ownership experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, ethical, highly motivated, and experienced in automotive finance and lending.

Requirements

Previous automotive dealership Finance Manager (F&I) experience is required.
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, and compliance.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and close finance transactions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Secure financing and lease options through a network of lending institutions.
Present extended service contracts and other vehicle protection products that meet customers' needs.
Prepare, review, and process all finance and lease documentation accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources.
Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience from purchase through delivery.
Maintain current knowledge of lender programs, compliance requirements, and finance products.
Consistently achieve finance and product performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
