Veero Auto Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing dealership group in Morris, Minnesota. Requirements

• Strong understanding of lender programs and compliance
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dealertrack DMS and RouteOne, or similar experience preferred
• Ford and CDJR experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to relocate or commute to Morris,MN

Responsibilities

• Structure and finalize automotive finance transactions
• Present finance and protection products professionally and compliantly
• Work closely with lenders to secure approvals and maximize deal opportunities
• Maintain strong CIT and funding discipline
• Ensure all deals are compliant, accurate, and processed timely
• Support sales team with lender structure and deal flow
• Help improve overall customer experience and profitability
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, OEM programs, and vendor partners
