About The Position

Greenway CDJR of Anniston is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a proven automotive F&I professional who combines strong sales performance with effective, values-driven leadership and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of success in automotive finance, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers while maximizing dealership profitability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager in a dealership environment.
  • Strong sales ability with a consistent history of achieving performance goals.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with customers, lenders, vendors, and dealership personnel.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, internet-based systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Thorough understanding of automotive F&I processes and applicable compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of automotive retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through vehicle financing and insurance options while clearly explaining aftermarket products, extended service contracts, warranties, and protection programs.
  • Assist customers in securing competitive financing through lending partners while ensuring all transactions comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Prepare and complete all required state and federal documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and financing programs.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure every eligible customer is introduced to the F&I department.
  • Keep the Sales team informed about current finance, lease, protection, and extended-service programs.
  • Support the Sales team in understanding and effectively communicating the value of dealership finance and protection products.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Protect the integrity of every transaction by following dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, professional, and customer-focused dealership environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
