Requirements

  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume dealership environment.
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar F&I role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lending practices, and credit analysis.
  • Experience preparing finance and lease documentation.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive customer experience.
  • Experience with dealership management systems and automotive finance software.
  • Certified Notary Public (or ability to obtain, if required).
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through financing and leasing options with professionalism and transparency.
  • Present financing solutions, interest rates, payment options, and lending products that best fit each customer's needs.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize finance and lease documents with accuracy and compliance.
  • Offer vehicle protection products, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and other F&I products that add value for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options.
  • Complete credit evaluations and structure deals that meet lender guidelines.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to create a smooth, efficient customer experience from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on industry regulations and lender programs.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
