Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join their team. They are seeking a proven F&I professional with a track record of success in automotive finance. The ideal candidate will be able to step in and produce immediately.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
- Consistent history of strong PVR and product penetration
- Strong lender and deal structuring knowledge
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Knowledge of compliance and finance processes
- Ability to build trust and create value with customers
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism
- Experience is required.
