Requirements

Stable work history with verifiable references.
Minimum of 3 years recent new car dealership F&I experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Florida insurance, sales tax, tag & titling regulations and laws.
Record of clean paperwork, high work ethic, and a professional attitude.
Commitment to the profession, team player, and willingness to work extended hours when needed.
Proven sales record.
Highly ethical in all dealings with customers and employees.
Highly motivated.
Computer proficient.
Excellent Customer Relation skills.
Must complete and pass a background check and drug screen before hire.

Nice To Haves

AFIPS/FILES certification preferred but not required.
Sales management experience helpful, but not required.
