Requirements
- Proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager in a high-volume dealership environment
- Strong track record of performance, profitability, and product penetration
- Demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction and compliance
- Deep understanding of automotive lending, deal structure, and finance regulations
- High level of professionalism, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in stores producing 400+ retail units monthly preferred
- Southeast Toyota experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional finance performance while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience
- Present and secure financing, protection products, and aftermarket offerings with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure full compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations
- Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) with accuracy, urgency, and accountability
- Achieve and maintain high CSI performance standards
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
- Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
