About The Position
A reputable automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Finance/Business Manager to grow our finance department. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the vehicle financing process while working closely with our sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. You will use your expertise to help customers understand financing options, secure loans, and finalize the financial aspects of their vehicle purchases, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance/Business Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, credit regulations, and insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting financing or leasing options that best fit their needs.
- Prepare and review finance and lease contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work collaboratively with sales staff to close deals and meet dealership financial goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current lending criteria, credit policies, and subsidy programs.
- Present and explain financing and insurance products to customers, highlighting benefits and addressing questions.
- Manage documentation and work with lenders to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial records related to vehicle sales and finance.
