About The Position

Advanced Dealer Solutions (ADS) is an independent agency specializing in dealership development for auto, RV, and powersports dealers. ADS offers its associates a variety of products and programs to help them deliver the best solutions for their dealers, along with custom product solutions and a proven developmental platform to maximize results. ADS is currently experiencing tremendous growth and needs to add to its talented roster of professionals. This role is for an Automotive F&I Training and Development professional who wants to take their career to another level while staying connected to F&I. Requirements

• Proven track record of F&I production and performance
• Successful F&I manager/director, GSM, or GM experience
• Driven to exceed expectations and goals
• True desire to develop F&I professionals
• Desire to continuously learn and grow

• Develop F&I professionals
