About The Position
Eastside Subaru is seeking a Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join their Service Team. This role is crucial for providing world-class servicing to customers. The technician will primarily diagnose issues and perform repair work on vehicles. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Subaru vehicles and can serve as a role model for less experienced technicians. Requirements
- Experienced Lube Technician – 2yrs preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working on Subaru vehicles
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Identify basic maintenance needs
- Maintain efficiency while following procedures
- Document services performed
- Assist with shop organization and cleanliness
- Support technicians and service team as needed
