Requirements
- 1+ year of lube, express, or automotive maintenance experience preferred -- motivated candidates without formal experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures
- Fast and accurate -- able to maintain quality even when production volume matters
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A team-first mindset -- you show up ready to contribute and support the people around you
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently
- Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
- Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive accurate recommendations
- Follow Honda-recommended maintenance procedures and service intervals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift
- Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your speed and quality directly determine your earnings
- Support the service team and contribute to a shop culture built on consistency and care
