About The Position

Join Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte as an Express Service Advisor – Weekends Off! Looking for a career where you can combine your people skills with your passion for cars? Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte—just 15 minutes from the beach—is on the hunt for a friendly, fast-paced Express Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers coming in for quick maintenance services. In this role, you’ll greet customers, perform express write-ups, and keep the service lane moving with efficiency and energy—all while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be joining a close-knit team that truly feels like family , in a dealership that values teamwork, support, and taking care of both our customers and our people.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive service is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems for scheduling and invoicing
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a positive, professional attitude
  • Perform quick, accurate service write-ups for express maintenance
  • Clearly explain recommended services and costs in a way customers trust
  • Keep service appointments flowing smoothly with efficient scheduling and communication
  • Partner with technicians to make sure vehicles are serviced right and on time
  • Ensure the service lane stays organized, clean, and customer-ready
