Automotive Express/Maintenance Technician
About The Position
All Star Nissan, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join their award-winning, high-volume service team. Hudson Automotive Group, founded in 1948, is a third-generation, family-owned and operated business with over 60 dealerships and more than 4,500 employees throughout 8 states, concentrated in the Southeast. This role offers hourly pay starting at $15/hr, flat rate pay up to $22/hr, and a technician career pathway through dealership-provided training and advancement opportunities. The facility is climate-controlled.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous express technician experience preferred
- Customer-focused professional who is self-motivated, competitive, and coachable.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic safety inspection while draining oil from crankcase and refilling with the required amount of oil.
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades, and perform additional services as outlined by management.
- Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replace, or replenish as necessary.
- Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
