This position will perform skilled work in the diagnosis, repair, overhaul and replacement of gasoline or diesel engines, transmissions, clutches, brakes, electrical systems, and other major components in automobiles, trucks, heavy equipment, and other related equipment. Field test vehicles. Repairs, changes and balances tires. Performs preventative maintenance, responds to emergency road service calls. Performs minor welding, paint and body repairs. Complies with all waste generation, storage, and disposal laws, rules and policies.
