Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanic experience which includes the removal of engines, transmissions and drivetrain components.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
Must own and maintain essential mechanical tools.
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Engage in the dismantling of vehicles, focusing on the safe and efficient extraction of valuable parts such as engines, transmissions, and drivetrain components.
Extract drivetrain components, including engines, transmissions, differentials, driveshafts, axels and more.
Tag and label parts accurately, ensuring all components meet our high standards.
Conduct thorough testing of engines and electrical components.
Manage the proper drainage and storage of fluids, embodying our commitment to environmental care.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and complete all necessary documentation.
