About The Position

As a Digital Sales Consultant for Schumacher Auto Group, you'll handle online inquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, focusing on delivering a positive online experience and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Comfortable working with online platforms, CRM software, and other digital tools.
  • Motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership's success.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internet/digital lead inquiries (e.g., website forms, emails, chat).
  • Identify customer needs and interests to determine their suitability for a vehicle purchase.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process, building rapport and trust.
  • Have knowledge of proper vehicle inventory and stay informed on current vehicle models with features and accessories and explain them effectively to customers.
  • Maintain a robust follow-up system to maintain leads and drive sales.
  • Be familiar with and utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Match clients with the vehicle that reflects their needs.
  • Strive to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Complete and organize proper paperwork for Sales and Finance Managers.
