Requirements

Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Driving and/or customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Frequently sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
Occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Dependable attendance for all-scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

Print and place window stickers for used vehicles.
Photograph vehicle inventory to company standards.
Upload and manage vehicle images within the inventory management system.
Update vehicle detail pages to ensure accurate information is displayed on dealership websites.
Collaborate with new and used car managers to merchandise inventory promptly.
Review all online listings to identify missing or inaccurate information.
Organize and arrange vehicles on the lot to ensure a clean, presentable layout.
Transport vehicles between departments as needed.
