Requirements

Previous experience working on diesel engines in a dealership or high-volume shop environment is preferred.
Ownership of a professional, comprehensive set of tools is required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to commute to Cleveland, TX.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong independent diagnostic ability is required.
Proven experience using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
A commitment to accuracy and "Fixed Right First Time" results.
Professional attitude and a desire for long-term career stability.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Independently diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, and emissions systems.
Perform complex drivability and electrical diagnostics using modern shop equipment.
Complete engine teardowns, rebuilds, and repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Perform thorough inspections and maintenance to ensure long-term vehicle reliability.
Maintain clear, professional communication with Service Advisors regarding repair status and findings.
Consistently meet or exceed shop quality and efficiency standards.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on the latest diesel technology.
