About The Position

Mac Haik Southway Ford is seeking an experienced diesel technician to join their growing team in a new, state-of-the-art fleet and diesel facility. This facility is designed to support advanced diagnostics, heavy-duty truck repairs, and a growing commercial customer base. The role is ideal for technicians with Ford, Chrysler/Ram, or Chevrolet/GMC diesel experience who desire a stable dealership environment with consistent work, strong leadership, and high earning potential.

Requirements

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks
• Experience with Ford Power Stroke diesel engines
• Experience with Cummins diesel platforms
• Experience with GM Duramax diesel platforms
• Experience with advanced diagnostics and drivability concerns
• Experience with engine, fuel, emissions, turbocharger, and electrical repairs
• Professionalism and pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently while supporting the team

Nice To Haves

• Medium and heavy-duty truck repair experience
