About The Position
We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Idaho Falls-based fleet service team. If you're a pro with diesel and gas trucks who wants to work for a stable, high-paying operation we want to talk. This is a full-time position with a set schedule.
Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience in GSE and or Diesel/Gas mechanic experience
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license and own tools
- Must pass background check
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Diesel Vehicles, Medium / Heavy Duty (Vans, trucks, Sprinters) some foreign and domestics
- Preventive maintenance
- Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment
- Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions
