Requirements

Proven experience as an automotive diagnostic technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics on a variety of automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electronics.
Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify mechanical and electrical problems.
Communicate findings to service advisors and recommend appropriate repairs.
Maintain detailed records of diagnostics and repairs.
Stay up-to-date with new vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
