About The Position

We’re opening a brand-new automotive detailing location in Frisco, Texas, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Detailing Shop Manager to help lead the operation from day one. This is more than a management position. You’ll be hands-on in a professional, temperature-controlled automotive detailing shop equipped with the tools, equipment, and environment you need to produce high-quality work. You’ll perform and oversee full-service automotive details, paint corrections, and ceramic coatings while helping establish the standards, culture, and reputation of our new location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional paint correction experience.
• At least 1 year of ceramic coating experience.
• Strong automotive detailing skills.
• High attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Nice To Haves

• Management or shop-lead experience is a plus, but proven detailing ability, professionalism, and leadership are what matter most.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality automotive detailing services.
• Perform paint corrections and ceramic coating installations.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional services that can improve the customer's vehicle.
• Recommend appropriate upgrades and upsells.
• Help maintain exceptional quality and consistency across every vehicle.
• Manage daily shop workflow and ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
• Help train and develop detailing staff as the team grows.
• Communicate professionally with customers and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Help establish and maintain the standards and procedures for the new Frisco location.
