About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals. The role supports the company’s cleanliness and safety standards by preparing vehicles and helping maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the branch location. The position is based at 711 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, California 92802-3412, and pays $19 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. The available schedule is Sunday and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., and Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The role may also involve assisting customers and transporting them to and from branches.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including vehicles of different sizes, vans, and trucks.
- Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
- Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
- Fuel and stage vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
- Assist customers when needed and potentially transport customers to and from branches.
- Help maintain the appearance of branch locations, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash areas, and bathrooms, as well as vacuuming and sweeping the lot and performing other daily cleaning tasks.
- Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
