About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer and Car Washer in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The role pays $16 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek, and involves washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals. The position supports the company’s cleanliness and safety standards by preparing vehicles and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch location.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must not have any drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the motor vehicle record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks of different sizes.
Check fuel levels and warning lights, inspect windshields for damage, restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found, and verify registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and possibly transport them to and from branches.
Help maintain the overall appearance of branch locations, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash areas, and bathrooms, as well as vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and handling other daily cleaning tasks.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
