About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is cleaned, polished, and presentation-ready before delivery. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces, to dealership standards
Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, and polish vehicles for showroom and customer delivery presentation
Inspect vehicles for damage, imperfections, or areas requiring additional attention
Operate detailing equipment and utilize proper cleaning products safely and effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department, wash bay, and equipment areas
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Communicate effectively with managers and team members regarding vehicle status and priorities
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Continuously improve detailing techniques and stay current with industry best practices
