Our commitment is to deliver a professional, informative, and pleasant experience to every customer. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The Automotive Detailer is responsible for preparing both new and pre-owned vehicles for sale and delivery by thoroughly cleaning and conditioning their interior and exterior. This role requires a positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to contribute effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
Ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
Strong focus on safety and customer service.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

Wash and condition vehicle exteriors including tires, wheels, undercarriage, and under-hood areas.
Buff and wax vehicles to maintain high-quality finishes.
Clean and condition vehicle interiors through vacuuming, shampooing, and applying fabric or leather treatments.
Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or torn upholstery and report findings.
Replace minor vehicle parts like wiper blades and headlights as needed.
Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
