About The Position

Gallatin Ford and Gallatin CDJR are expanding their operations and building a state-of-the-art detail department. We're seeking skilled professionals to help us set the standard for vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction. This role involves performing thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, applying protective finishes, inspecting vehicles for defects, and maintaining the cleanliness of the detail department.

Requirements

• MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF AUTOMOTIVE DETAILING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and shampooing.
• Apply protective finishes to exteriors and treat interiors with appropriate products.
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department.
• Ensure all detailing work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
