About The Position

Mountain Home Auto Ranch is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team in Mountain Home, ID. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance and value of our vehicles by ensuring they are cleaned and restored to the highest standards. If you take pride in delivering exceptional quality work and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is ideal for you! With inventory and trades coming in from multiple stores in our Auto Group, there is plenty of work for the experienced flat rate detailer. And of course, we have the tools, the supplies, and the ongoing training to ensure your success. Base hours are 4.0 per vehicle. Some are pretty dirty, some are not. Experienced detailers that can produce can make between $4,000 and $6,000 per month or more. Requirements

Previous experience in automotive detailing or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
Positive attitude and can-do mentality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for imperfections and address any issues promptly to maintain quality standards.
Maintain detailing equipment and supplies to ensure optimum functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to prepare vehicles for the lot and for customer delivery.
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
