About The Position
As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning, polishing, and refurbishing services to vehicles, ensuring they maintain a pristine appearance inside and out. Requirements
- 1+ years of professional automotive detailing experience (dealership or reconditioning environment preferred).
- Strong knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with high turnaround demands.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Weekend work is required. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays as part of the regular schedule.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in and around vehicles for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience detailing vehicles in a dealership or high-volume reconditioning shop.
- Familiarity with paint correction, buffing, or ceramic coating.
- Strong time-management skills to handle multiple vehicles per day.
- Team player with good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs
- Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
- Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches and torn upholstery.
- Takes out unwanted materials when needed
- Keep the car wash area clean/organized
- Utilize special purpose cleaners to insure lasting cleanliness of vehicle
- Operate all tools in a safe manner
- Report any safety issues to Management
