About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Detailer to prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for sale and delivery. This role involves cleaning, conditioning, and restoring vehicles both inside and out to meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
- Customer service and safety focused.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to read and understand detailed instructions.
Responsibilities
- Wash and condition vehicle exteriors, including tires, wheels, undercarriage, and under-hood components.
- Apply waxing, buffing, and polishing as needed to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Clean and condition vehicle interiors through vacuuming, shampooing, and applying fabric and leather treatments.
- Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, and upholstery damage, reporting issues promptly.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
