About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated individuals to join their team as a Part Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $15/hour and is located in West Memphis, AR. The company is dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry and is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through a network of over 9,500 locations in more than 90 countries and territories.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Wash, clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicles out of prep processing as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and may transport them to and from branches.
Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, etc.).
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
