We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for sale and delivery. This role involves cleaning, polishing, and restoring vehicle interiors and exteriors to ensure all vehicles are in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is positive, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. This position is based at Victory Toyota CDJR of Marietta and requires working full time in a professional and supportive team setting. The role demands attention to detail, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals with limited supervision.
  • Strong customer service and safety awareness.
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and condition vehicle exteriors, including tires, wheels, under-carriage, and under-hood components.
  • Wax and buff vehicle surfaces to maintain appearance.
  • Clean and treat vehicle interiors by vacuuming, shampooing, and applying fabric or leather protection.
  • Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or damaged upholstery.
  • Replace minor parts like wiper blades and headlights when necessary.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
