About The Position

CarShop US is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer for their Chester Springs, PA location. This role is responsible for ensuring vehicles meet the CarShop standard of excellence in cosmetic quality and preparing them for delivery according to departmental processes. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with a strong attention to detail, who can meet production goals while maintaining quality. Requirements

A minimum of 2+ years of previous detailing experience in a fast-paced dealership.
Demonstrates the ability to establish priorities, problem solve, and complete tasks in a timely manner with a great attention to detail.
Personable, a team player and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively.
Exemplifies integrity, strives for self-improvement, and has an open-minded, "can-do" attitude.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that the cosmetic quality of all vehicles meets the CarShop standard of excellence.
Conducting preparation for delivery of each vehicle at the direction of the Detail Manager, and in accordance with the approved processes of the Detail Department.
Keeping all equipment and tools in good working order.
Reporting necessary maintenance or repairs to the Detail Manager.
Striving to exceed agreed personal performance goals.
