About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals while meeting the company’s cleanliness and safety standards. The position is based at 5401 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27606, pays $15.50 per hour, and has a 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The role also includes fueling and staging vehicles, reporting safety concerns and damage, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and branch, and assisting customers as needed. Customer transportation to and from branches may be required. Enterprise Mobility describes itself as a mobility-solutions provider operating multiple rental and transportation brands through a global network.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Use tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and, potentially, transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of branch locations, including desks, countertops, phones, floors, trash areas, bathrooms, and lots.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
