We are seeking a motivated Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for sale by cleaning, restoring, and maintaining their appearance. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, and able to work with limited supervision.
Strong safety awareness and customer service orientation.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to read and understand instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

Wash and condition vehicle exteriors, including tires, wheels, undercarriage, and under-hood components.
Wax and buff vehicles to enhance appearance.
Clean and condition vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, and applying fabric or leather treatments.
Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or torn upholstery and report findings.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
