About The Position

Dent Wizard is the nation’s undisputed leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. We are a stable, growing company with opportunities in 43 states, repairing 2.5 million vehicles annually and employing over 3,000 skilled individuals. We are seeking Detailers to be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to meet our company’s quality standards, ensuring both the interior and exterior are presented in pristine condition.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Must be capable of simple and fine motor hand manipulations.
Ability to operate various detailing equipment and tools.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors.
Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and floor mats.
Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and chrome accessories.
Apply protective finishes to ensure a long-lasting shine and protection.
Inspect vehicles for any noticeable defects or areas needing attention.
Use appropriate cleaning products and tools for each task, maintaining safety and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
Report any damage or issues to Management immediately.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
