About The Position

The Leman Automotive Group is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Detailer for their Champaign, IL location. This is an opportunity for individuals who love cars and take pride in making vehicles look their best. The position offers a monthly bonus opportunity after 60 days and 40 hours of Paid Time Off after 90 days. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Automotive enthusiasm preferred
Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with company standards and customer expectations
Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other detailing equipment
Use cleaning, protective, and restorative products to maintain and enhance vehicle appearance
Assist with buffing and hand polishing (training provided)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail area
Assist management and sales staff as requested
Move and park vehicles safely on dealership property
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
