About The Position

As a Detailer at Winner Ford Hyundai, you’ll be giving vehicles the full Winner Experience. This active role is a great fit if you’d rather move than sit still. Stay hands-on with plenty of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather. Hours may include weekends, holidays, and longer shifts when needed. The Day to Day You'll keep moving - not stuck at a desk - to keep every vehicle looking its best. You’ll clean, detail, and prep vehicles inside and out for delivery, display, and daily service needs. You’ll also help get trade-ins and wholesale vehicles photo-ready and auction-ready. From inspection prep to reclaims and lot support, you’ll help keep everything moving smoothly. You’ll handle the finishing touches like tag brackets, emblems, and presentation details that complete the job.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Positive, team-first attitude.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
