About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals. The position is located at 1919 Cypress Street, West Monroe, Louisiana, and pays $13.25 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Saturday hours from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on a rotating basis; Sunday is off. The role contributes to the company’s cleanliness and safety standards by preparing vehicles and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars of different sizes, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights, inspect windshields for damage, restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, check for customer belongings, and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, and tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and potentially transport customers to and from branches.
Maintain the overall appearance of the site, including cleaning branch interiors and exteriors.
Clean desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; remove trash; vacuum and sweep the lot; and perform other daily branch-cleanliness tasks.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
