This position is based in Adams, MA and offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. As an Automotive Detailer/Reconditioner, you will contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of vehicle appearance and condition.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive detailing or reconditioning preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
Inspect vehicles carefully for defects or required repairs, reporting any issues to the service team.
Recondition vehicles to dealer standards, including minor touch-ups and cosmetic repairs.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing and reconditioning areas.
Work efficiently to prepare vehicles for delivery and display in a timely manner.
Follow all safety and environmental regulations related to chemicals and cleaning products.
