Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Washing, vacuuming, and detailing new and pre-owned vehicles inside and out
  • Cleaning windows, interiors, and maintaining that fresh-off-the-lot look
  • Checking and adjusting tire pressures, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed
  • Moving and staging vehicles on the lot to dealership display standards
  • Placing buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles and creating key tags
  • Driving vehicles to and from service lanes, stalls, and the parking lot
  • Keeping our lot, driveway, and sidewalks clean and organized
  • Greeting customers promptly and courteously as they arrive in the service lane
  • Directing customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area
  • Helping create a smooth, welcoming first impression for every service visit
  • Assisting with vehicle check-in, including verifying vehicle information as needed
  • Communicating wait times or basic service information to customers when appropriate
  • Assisting customers with vehicle questions and concerns
  • Picking up and delivering parts between the dealership, vendors, and other locations as needed
  • Verifying parts orders for accuracy before transport
  • Maintaining accurate records or paperwork for parts deliveries and pickups
  • Communicating with the parts and service departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed
