About The Position

Carvana is hiring for entry-level automotive roles at its Inspection Center. Depending on the position, work may involve detailing vehicles through washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing; moving vehicles between departments; photographing vehicles; or inspecting vehicle interiors and exteriors to identify imperfections and defects. Carvana provides training programs intended to help entry-level employees advance their skills and pay. The role is based at the Inspection Center at 63 Western Ave, Framingham, MA 01702. The listed second-shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.; mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with a stated pay range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience. Employment is contingent on passing a background check, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must pass a complete background check.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

For detailer positions, wash vehicles, clean vehicle interiors, and buff vehicle exteriors.
For lot attendant positions, move vehicles between departments in the Inspection Center.
For photobooth associate positions, take photographs of vehicles for display to customers.
For inspection associate positions, inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections and defects.
Work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
