The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an Experienced Part-Time Automotive Detailer/Assistant Detail Manager to support our growing dealership operations. Requirements

Automotive detailing or vehicle reconditioning experience preferred.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple vehicles and deadlines.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Potentially assist the Detail Manager with daily operations, workflow, and assignment of vehicles to ensure timely completion.
Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards for cleanliness, appearance, and quality.
Help train, coach, and support Detail Technicians while maintaining a productive, safe, and organized work environment.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Used Car departments to prioritize vehicles for the lot, customer delivery, and reconditioning.
Maintain high-quality standards on every vehicle.
Keep the shop and lot clean, organized, and presentable.
