About The Position

Kocourek Imports is looking for a motivated automotive Detail Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for creating exceptional first impressions by ensuring every vehicle looks its absolute best before it's delivered to guests. The company provides training for those experienced or looking to start a new career.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work both indoors and outdoors.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Valid driver's license required in order to perform essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous detailing experience is a plus—but not required. We'll train the right person!
• Past experience detailing with knowledge of what the process entails preferred.
• Experience using a buffer and carpet extractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and detail vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors.
• Clean windows, mirrors, dashboards, door jambs, and upholstery.
• Apply waxes, protectants, and interior conditioners.
• Shampoo carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery.
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
