About The Position

The Automotive Detail Technician is responsible for ensuring vehicles meet the organization's standards and quality of service, understanding and delivering to specific customer requirements, and performing thorough pre-delivery inspections. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, often in a garage or outdoor setting, as part of a team. The technician will perform various detailing tasks to prepare vehicles for customers.

Requirements

Previous detail experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
Remove trash from the interior and cleans upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
Apply wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
Apply protective sealant.
Refurbishing headlights.
Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
Understand and deliver to the specific requirements of the customers.
Inspect the vehicles thoroughly for pre delivery.
Maintain the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
