About The Position

Fox Motors is hiring a Service Technician at Fox Taylor CDJR in Taylor, Michigan. The role contributes to the company’s vision of “Working together moving people throughout life” by building customer trust and long-term relationships. The technician performs diagnoses and repairs on customer and internal vehicles and specializes in specific areas of repair and maintenance. The position is in an air-conditioned shop. Fox Motors offers a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on certifications and a relocation allowance.

Requirements

One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
Communicate with the Service Manager and Service Advisor to complete work in a timely manner.
