About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Biller to join our team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, meets deadlines, and understands the importance of accuracy in dealership accounting.
Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership billing experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of dealership accounting procedures and vehicle sales documentation.
- Experience with DealeTrack is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Dependable, professional, and committed to accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Process and bill new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
- Review deal jackets for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation.
- Verify contracts, vehicle information, rebates, incentives, and deal figures.
- Process vehicle sales transactions within the dealership management system.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of all deals.
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.
