About The Position
Alphorn Ford is hiring a full-time Customer Service Manager, also referred to as a BDC Manager. The manager is in charge of the BDC and all Representatives, and provides guests with excellent customer service in every interaction. The role calls for upholding high ethical standards while maintaining a fun, friendly, and positive attitude and work environment. The position offers flexible hours.
Requirements
- Proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Outgoing, organized, and self-motivated.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Professional appearance.
