About The Position

The Customer Service Advisor engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed with prior notice.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail while being able to focused and multi-task efficiency.
  • Demonstrate patience while maintaining a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced environments
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates resolutions to customer vehicle issues, dealership complaints, warranty policies, and more.
  • Corresponds to customer inquiries from inbound inquiries, emails and mail
  • Provides campaign information to customers and documents according to Consumer Affairs policies
  • Documents customer inquiries received from customer correspondence and corporate surveys; updates consumer affairs case files with appropriate documentation
  • Acts as a liaison between National Consumer Affairs and the Regional Office regarding Consumer Affairs related issues
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
